What you will do:

-Lead the definition and management of the user experience for a cross-functional product, ensuring usability, engagement, and adoption.
-Define success metrics, monitor results, and support requirement prioritization.
-Manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, aligning needs, requirements, and feedback.
-Ensure a smooth UX/UI process in close collaboration with designers and multidisciplinary teams.
-Work with development teams to implement, validate, and continuously evolve the defined experience.

What are we looking for:

-Bachelor’s degree in Design, Management, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
-Over 5 years of experience in digital project management or UX-related roles

-Solid background in:

-End-to-end UX/UI processes
-User journey mapping
-UX research & ideation
-Service design, design thinking, and agile methodologies

-Proficiency with:
style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"-
-Figma (must-have)
-Medallia, VWO, JIRA, and PowerBI (nice-to-have)

-Strong analytical skills, effective communication, team spirit, proactivity, creativity, and resilience.
