Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: UK Wide
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Basic, Plus Uncapped Commission (OTE £70k-£75k), Company Car, Phone, Laptop, Company Pension Scheme, 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Life Assurance, Full Product Training.
Job Description:
We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Sales Manager to join a well-established, high performing manufacturer of Construction Machinery. This is a brand who have built up a strong reputation, holding a strong product offering, and an established customer base.
Within the role of Sales Manager, you will promote both new & used machinery sales across the UK. You’ll become an integral part of a close nit team, be provided with plenty of product training, and have scope to earn well based on performance.
Responsibilities of the Role:
• Manage, retain, and develop relationships with a new and existing customer base
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, site visits, and strategic outreach.
• Deliver high levels of customer service on behalf of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction is always achieved
• Present and promote the full range of products and services on offer tailored to the clients needs
• Attend trade shows, industry events, monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements of Role:
• Previous experience in a Capital Equipment Sales role across the Construction Equipment Markets (Willing to consider anyone from a Construction Plant, Powered Access, Crane, Material Handling, or Agricultural background).
• Happy to travel as the role will be UK wide
• Hold a UK driving licence
