Purpose of the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring journey - connecting great people with exciting opportunities. You’ll play a key role in shaping our team’s growth by driving end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting onboarding, and strengthening our employer brand. What you’ll do:

-Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
-Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers, conducting intake meetings, proposing sourcing strategies, and guiding them through the process.
-Conduct initial candidate assessments (phone/video screenings), coordinate interviews, and manage offer process.
-Source candidates proactively via professional networking platforms, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct search; manage both active and passive pipelines.
-Update the candidates on the status of their applications and communicate feedback from an interviewer
-Responsible for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (HR Operations Team, HRBPs, external sourcing partners, language schools, etc.)
-Ensure Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data integrity, maintain accurate recruitment records, and prepare standard reports for the team.
-Support onboarding: prepare pre-onboarding information and documentation, coordinate with IT, HR Operations, and line managers to ensure smooth Day 1 experience.
-Act as point of contact for interns: coordinate recruitment, maintain relationships with universities, and track internship progress.     Drive employer branding initiatives: represent the company at career fairs, manage job board presence, and prepare materials
-for social media posts in cooperation with Comms team.
-Prepare ad hoc and recurring recruitment reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to leadership.
-Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in processes and propose straightforward solutions. 
 

What you’ll need: 

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
-1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/HR coordination
-Business English proficiency (written and spoken)
-Fluency in Polish (written and spoken)
-Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools
-Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and understanding of local labor market practices
-Strong networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to interact with diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism
-Proficiency in preparing recruitment statistics and using MS Excel for reporting
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize workload
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Proactive mindset and flexibility in a dynamic environment
