We're on the lookout for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for this modern bar/pub/venue in Richmond. The site delivers a strong mix of wet and dry sales, generating weekly turnovers of A£35-40k.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in high-volume restaurants, or food led pubs
* Proven ability to manage both wet and dry sales in a full-service environment
* Strong leadership skills, leading from the floor and keeping teams motivated
* Commercially aware with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs
* A confident, energetic personality - someone who brings enthusiasm to both staff and guests
