Job Title: Quality Technician – Manufacturing
Location: Deeside
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Deeside, who are looking to appoint a Quality Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality-focused professional to join a business that values continuous improvement and high manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
- Investigate non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support internal and external quality audits, including ISO standards
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
- Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to support quality objectives
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and CMM equipment
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar quality role within a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of quality systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and quality assurance processes
- Proficient in the use of measuring instruments and interpretation of technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
