Responsibilities:
* Tiling
* Carpentry - Door hanging, fire door ppm
* Assembling furniture
* Plumbing
* Drainage & flushing
* Fire alarm/door testing
* Grouting & Plastering
* Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
* Experience as a building services fabric engineer
* Trades qualifications - C&G or NVQ
