About the role
* As Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen across restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
* Develop menus, introduce creative concepts, and uphold food standards.
* Oversee the modern British European restaurant, wine bar, and meetings & events operation.
* Deliver and elevated dining experience to 1 or 2 rosette standards.
* Manage budgets, costs, and suppliers with autonomy.
* Mentor and build a high-performing team.
* Play a key role in shaping the guest dining experience.
