About the Project
We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a VERY successful hospitality group opening two exciting new restaurants in Naples, Florida. The first is a fine dining concept focused on seasonal seafood and modern European cooking Aiming for a Michelin star
The second - is an intimate omakase restaurant, serving just a handful of guests each night aiming for 2-3 Michelin stars
Both restaurants are being built with one clear ambition: to achieve Michelin recognition in 2026.
Naples, often called Florida's Paradise Coast, is known for its white-sand beaches, luxury shopping, cultural events, and high quality of life. It's an ideal location for ambitious hospitality professionals looking for their next big move.
Roles Available
We are building a full team and are recruiting for the following positions:
Kitchen
* Executive Chef
* Chef de Cuisine
* Sous Chef
* Chef de Partie
* Pastry Sous Chef
* Pastry Chef de Partie
* Sushi / Omakase Chef (must have two Michelin star experience)
Front of House
* Restaurant Manager
* Sommelier
* Servers
* Dining Room Attendants (entry level)
