About the Role
We are recruiting a Sommelier for our client's new restaurant in Naples, Florida. You'll design and manage the wine list, pair wines with the seasonal menu, and guide guests through a curated wine experience.
What We're Looking For
* Experience as Sommelier in fine dining or Michelin-recognised restaurants
* Strong knowledge of international wines and pairings
* Skilled in service, cellar management, and supplier relations
* Confident communicator with excellent guest interaction skills
* A team player who can train others in wine knowledge
