THE ROLE:
After completing a thorough onboarding process, you will take responsibility for your own caseload, providing advice and representation in employment and industrial relations matters before tribunals and courts. The clients include trade union and professional association members, as well as private individuals, spanning a wide range of sectors including transport, manufacturing, education, healthcare, the public sector, sport, and the music industry. The firm offers a flexible working model, combining remote work with occasional visits to the West Yorkshire office (1–2 times per month) and client meetings as needed
THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a candidate with over four years’ PQE in employment law, with strong technical expertise ideally gained at a leading firm. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent client care and service, alongside outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and adaptable, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
